North Central WV Community Action would like to know YOUR opinion regarding the causes of poverty in North Central WV (Barbour, Greenbrier, Marion, Monongalia, Pocahontas, Preston, Randolph, Taylor, Tucker and Webster counties) and how we may better service the needs of our community.
